I really appreciated her frequent communication. She was the first to respond to my inquiry as well, and arranged to meet with me right away. She is very professional and was really good with my cats. I was completely comfortable having her in my home and knew that she would be reliable. She sent me pictures of my cats each time she came to visit via text, too, which was really a nice, unexpected gesture.

Bonnie has been wonderful. She communicates well, and has been insanely patient with my very shy kitties. It took a few visits, but they have warmed up to her quite well. She sends photos of the kitties daily & checks in to let me know they are doing well, a huge relief for me when I am traveling. She is also very flexible if a trip runs over, and happy to add on a day or so at the last minute, a huge relief!
