- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We create a custom quote for each roof that we install. We arrive at this price by, first, using satellite imagery to send out a quick and free initial quote by email. This way of going about things allows us to price our work more competitively and is more convenient for the client as they don't have to make an appointment to meet an estimator. Later, if the client chooses us, the foreman in charge of the project will conduct a thorough in-person investigation of the roof and any issues involved. Clients who have scheduling flexibility are given the option of selecting a discounted scheduling date for even more value. Those who need to get their roof done quickly may select a priority scheduling date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with many new customers to find an option that meets their needs. Something that separates us from our competition is that we quote each roof across every shingle line that we offer. This allows you as the customer to decide which product best meets both your short term and long term needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed by the state of Nevada to install roofing. 90% of our installers have been with our company for over 5 years. They work on roofs almost every day and truly bring the experience that is needed to complete your project quickly and professionally.
