- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the needs of the client, but typically average $40.00 - $65.00 an hour, including travel time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first meeting is FREE, and will generally last about 45 minutes. What we will discuss in this time is where you presently are in regards to your overall health and fitness, WHY you want to make changes at this time (with a strong reason, your chances for success are greatly enhanced), your timeframe for achieving your goals, what you wish to achieve, and the present obstacles you are facing. Once I have this information, I will talk with the client about how we will approach his/her coaching sessions, from performing assessments to corrective exercises, to core, power, and strength training, to cardio and recovery, and nutrition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to maintaining my present certifications, I have attended over 75 on-line and in-person seminars and lectures presented by THE top experts in the fitness industry.
