Yolanda the owner is very professional, pleasant and undersatanding of your needs. I had a 70th birthday for my wife. Yolanda and I talk about the setup of the tables, to the Arch that she suggested to take pictures. Talk about Balloons my wife loves the color Blue. Great name of her company! Yolanda has a great touch! This place even hads a Dance floor.! Yolanda even recommended a DJ Edgar who had a Great setup of speakers, lighting and even 2 TV screens(Highly recommend)! When my wife and I got their she and myself were so suprised my wife start to cry. The place was so BEAUTIFUL!! Highly recommend you make an appointment, you will not be disappointed. Also the price was well worth it. Thank you Yolanda the Memories we had will last a life time!!

This was, hands down, one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had! If I could give 0 stars I would! had an awful experience with Yolanda and would NEVER recommend her services. I ordered a balloon arch for my daughters 4th birthday, and not only did she show up over an hour after the scheduled delivery time, but she also called me after she was already late to say that she had lost the butterfly balloons the ones she had specifically instructed me to purchase separately from Amazon.She told me they would no longer be included in the arch and offered no refund for the balloons she lost. Instead, she said shed send me new butterfly balloons from Amazon completely pointless since the party was already over.When I asked for a refund (a very reasonable request), she refused and eventually told me to stop contacting her. Absolutely unprofessional and incredibly disappointing, especially for something as important as a childs birthday. Save yourself the stress and go with someone else who values their customers and takes responsibility for their mistakes. Also the balloons arrived covered in hair and dirt, and Yolanda just tossed them into my house without giving me any instructions on how to hang or assemble the arch. This was genuinely one of the worst businesses Ive ever dealt with unprofessional, careless, and completely lacking in basic customer service.

We would like to respectfully clarify the facts for transparency. Ms Johnson received balloon decor valued at $250, excluding delivery fee. Customer was charged $100 and wanted to decline paying taxes. Additionally, Ms Johnson purchased balloons independently from Amazon and requested they be incorporated into design. Due to a very high volume of orders, the supplied balloons were unfortunately misplaced and not included and would be returned once recovered. Following delivery, Ms Johnson demanded free service, used inappropriate language and threatened to leave a negative review if demands were not met. It is worth noting, Ms Johnson resold balloons for $60 on Facebook, indicating they retain value and usability. As a result we do not accept outsources balloons to ensure the best experience for our customers. We aim to resolve concerns professionally and respectfully.
