No hidden fees — you only pay for the hours we work, and we’ll always provide clear pricing upfront. We also offer a free in-home consultation to discuss your needs, goals, and vision before booking anything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a complimentary in-home consultation where we walk through your space, listen to your goals, and offer personalized suggestions. From there, we create a customized plan based on your needs and budget. We’ll then schedule a session (or multiple sessions) at your convenience, and work efficiently while keeping you involved and informed throughout the process. Whether you need one small area tackled or a full-home transformation, we’re here to make it simple and stress-free!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from real-life, hands-on work — not just in our own homes, but through helping friends, family, and now clients create more organized and peaceful spaces. As a mother-daughter team, we bring different strengths and perspectives to the table, and we’ve spent years refining systems that are both functional and beautiful. While we don’t have formal certifications, we’ve developed an eye for design, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for making everyday spaces work better.
