- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was essentially born into this kind of work. My dad was a crusher operator at a gold mine and also owned several rental properties in the small town where I grew up. As far back as I can remember, my sister and I were always helping my dad fix one thing or another. When his long hours in the gold mining industry started to tire him out, we gradually took over the maintenance of his properties. By the time we were freshmen in high school, my sister and I were running the entire operation. This early experience gave me a deep understanding of property maintenance and a strong work ethic, which naturally led me to start APEX TOTAL WASH SOLUTIONS.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve had the pleasure of working with a wide range of clients, from easy-going customers to those with very specific needs. Regardless of the interaction, we always provide the same high-quality service. I believe all feedback is valuable as it helps us strengthen our skills and improve our services. I have great respect for clients who are hands-on and care deeply about their property, as they often provide insightful feedback that contributes to our growth.
