- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer two (2) levels of officiant services: * One is a fully customized wedding ceremony for $400 * The customized elopement package (just the couple and a few friends) starting at $300 depending on where you want to elope. Are you having an elopement? Well, you aren't walking down an aisle, no bridal party, no DJ, no one is giving you away. It's intimate. Mileage is not included to areas outside of the Reno/Sparks area. I offer military, senior, first responder, and essential worker discounts. For a full price sheet, please see my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When am am hired, I send each couple a template for the ceremony and customize it with them until it is perfect for them...not me. I have samples for each stage of the wedding. They can use my samples or we can create something totally new. I also send out a questionnaire to get to know them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Business and have been a small business owner for over 18 years. I have an extensive background in customer service.
