They were very friendly, courteous and professional. They asked for pictures to see what would be the best approach. Answered any questions I had and recommended a product I could use to keep my floors looking nice. Everything was done in a timely manner and it actually got finished earlier. The price was lower than what I initially expected the job would entail. I would highly recommend them, they did a GREAT JOB!!!

I hired Commercial Residential to do a deep clean to prepare my house for sale. Miguel showed up with his crew of two men and got to work. I have cleaned professionally and have very high standards, and Commercial Residential hit all the marks. They were super professional, brought all their own tools and supplies, and took all the trash from the job out with them. They even found and cleaned areas that I had missed in my job request! When they were done the house was gleaming from top to bottom. I would definitely hire them again!

Have done a commendable job in cleaning the kitchen and the bedrooms. Have good machines. Very punctual and friendly. Pricing is very transparent and reasonable.
The only reason behind one star less is - hurried a bit at the end. The hall area needed a bit more attention. Few closets were missed.
Overall good. Will recommend.

We pride ourselves on being fair with all of our customers. Everyone’s budget is different and everyone’s needs are different. We try to accommodate each of our clients with the best possible pricing for excellent services that we will render.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is once a new potential client reaches out to us, we begin an assessment of the job. We address any of the clients concerns, we listen to what they want and we formulate a service plan that is best suited for that potential client. Once the client is happy with the plan we start a reasonable quote of our prices. Once client accepts we commence the job at the clients earliest convenience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience in maintenance. General maintenance and facilities and repairs certifications.
