- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on being fair with all of our customers. Everyone’s budget is different and everyone’s needs are different. We try to accommodate each of our clients with the best possible pricing for excellent services that we will render.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is once a new potential client reaches out to us, we begin an assessment of the job. We address any of the clients concerns, we listen to what they want and we formulate a service plan that is best suited for that potential client. Once the client is happy with the plan we start a reasonable quote of our prices. Once client accepts we commence the job at the clients earliest convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience in maintenance. General maintenance and facilities and repairs certifications.
