Arrived on time, explained again what was to be done. Did the job quickly. Was only her about 15-20 minutes. Very expensive, considering the initial estimate and the time and effort involved. Was for bee control, can't tell how effective it will be until spring.

Meerkat was my first Thumbtack experience. Within 30 minutes of me reaching out, Meerkat had called me and set up a consultation for the next business day. Although there were a few add ons I considered pricy that were offered at the consultation and declined as a result, my main issue of Wasps and Bees nested around the house was taken care of that same week. Since the two exterior applications were applied, I have not seen a single wasp. I was able to pressure wash the exterior of the home and soffits without stirring up anything! Thank you, Meerkat!

Every person from Meerkat, including people who answered the phone when I would call them, was professional and personable. Nobody was rude or impatient. They answered questions no matter how mundane they may have seemed (& never treated them -or me - as an annoyance). Every single person I had contact with was very respectful and friendly.

They're pricy (although I don't have price comparisons, so I guess I don't 'really' know:-), but worth it.

They were quick to get to work on my particular issues and to get the work done efficiently; they were reliable. The people that came to the house to do the work were exceptionally nice, just like the inspector and the people who answered my calls.

They are a big enough business but treat their customers in the good (now old-fashioned) way of decades ago (refreshing in these times we live in). They were worth every penny in more ways than one.
