FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of your home, the type of service you need, and how often you'd like us to come. First-time and deep cleans are priced higher than recurring visits because they take significantly more time to bring a home up to our standard. Recurring customers receive a meaningful discount. Biweekly is our most popular plan, and customers on weekly or monthly schedules save as well. Once you're on a recurring plan, your rate is locked in for your visits. There are no hidden fees. Everything is quoted upfront before you book, and add-on services like inside oven, inside refrigerator, or inside cabinet cleaning are available at booking and priced transparently. You can book entirely online at our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most new customers start by booking online. Our booking form walks you through your home size, service type, and any add-ons you want. You'll receive a confirmation with your pricing and appointment details right away. Before your first visit, we may follow up to confirm access instructions and any areas you'd like us to pay extra attention to. We ask that the home be reasonably tidied before we arrive so our team can focus entirely on cleaning. After your first visit, we check in to make sure everything met your expectations. If you'd like to set up recurring service from there, we make it easy to get on a schedule that works for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every contractor we work with goes through a background check before stepping into a client's home. We maintain written service standards that define exactly what a completed clean should look like, and we use those standards to evaluate quality consistently across our team. We run this as a professional service operation with real systems behind it, and that shows in the consistency of the work.
