The cleaners who came did a great job at cleaning our house. What problem we had was with the owner who quoted us a price and we agreed on but then once they were done they charged us a different price and it was higher than the quoted price. They stated that the cleaned the exterior windows which were and extra cost but no one said it was an additional cost. It was communicated it was included. It took less than an hour to clean these windows and charged the higher price for the entire time (past the included 2 hours) for cleaning inside the house. Cleaning inside of the house was all included in the quoted and agreed upon price. They finish cleaning and then charge you a higher price which you are stuck.
