Thank you for choosing The Blake Experience Movers. We are committed to providing a smooth, efficient, and professional moving experience. To ensure we meet that standard and avoid any delays or disruptions on the day of your move, please carefully review and acknowledge the following policy regarding packing:
Packing Policy – Important Notice
The Blake Experience Movers does NOT provide Free packing services.
All clients are required to have all belongings fully packed, boxed, and ready to be moved prior to our arrival. This includes but is not limited to:
• Personal items
• Kitchenware
• Clothes
• Electronics
• Decorations
• Loose or unboxed items of any kind
Failure to Pack – Fees and Rescheduling
If our moving team arrives and your items are not packed and ready for transport, your reservation may be:
• Rescheduled (subject to availability) with a $50 rescheduling fee, or
• Canceled on-site, resulting in a $100 cancellation fee.
• If you choose to use our packing services this must be 24hours before the date of your move.
This policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness to all clients and protect our scheduling operations.
Client Acknowledgment
By booking with The Blake Experience Movers, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the above packing policy. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in fees, delays, or cancellation of service.

🔧 Furniture Assembly & Disassembly Policy
To ensure a safe and efficient move, furniture assembly and disassembly services are not included in standard moving rates and must be requested in advance.
What’s Included
Upon request, we can disassemble and reassemble common household furniture such as:
• Beds
• Dining tables
• Desks
• Sectional sofas
Pricing
• $50–$75 per item, depending on size and complexity
• Pricing will be confirmed before your move begins
Advance Notice Required
All assembly/disassembly requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled move.
Unscheduled requests may be declined due to time and scheduling constraints.
Exclusions & Special Items
The following items are not included or may require special pricing and approval:
• Gym equipment
• Wall-mounted items
• Custom or antique furniture
• Complex IKEA or specialty builds
