I am not just a personal trainer: I am a coach, friend, shoulder, guide, and powerhouse of knowledge and am always ready to believe in you until you believe in yourself. SERVICES I OFFER: Currently only offering customized remote personal training and fitness coaching! My one-on-one schedule is booked, but you now have the option to train with me via an online portal and still get an individualized plan! If you are local, there is a plan that offers one on one, in person check ins! Let’s do this! FUNCTIONAL TRAINING Learn ways to help your body move better and function at its optimal level. CORRECTIVE EXERCISE Daily life can create imbalances within the neuromuscular system. Corrective Exercise works through those imbalances to aid in possible injury prevention, in rehabilitation post, or in conjunction with, a physical therapist, and in creating better movement patterns. HEALTHY WEIGHT MANAGEMENT An empowering experience where you learn how to walk away from the stigma of weight loss and walk toward a life of healthy choices. Be prepared to ditch the scale! STRENGTH TRAINING Get comfortable with free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, and body weight training. It's not just for bodybuilders and your body will thank you! HEALTHY HABIT FORMATION Developing healthy habits is simple and it starts with making small steps. Accountability is key, but in a world where everything is at our fingertips at all times and in the biggest way, so is learning how to be ok with starting small. MINDFUL TRAINING Training isn't always about performing the movement. It involves being present and mindful; identifying how your body feels while it moves; locating areas of compensation through awareness; and connecting your mind to the body in order to produce mindful movement.

This is my first time working with a personal trainer and I couldn't be happier with my experience, and Rachel is to thank for that! She always has a smile on her face, and she always has a new workout ready to go to keep every session fun and challenging. Something that is important to me, as someone with a couple health concerns, Rachel always makes sure my form is correct and/or makes adjustments that are more suitable yet still effective. It's been four weeks, and I'm already seeing results. I highly recommend Rachel as a personal trainer, she's the real deal !!

Such a great trainer. First time using a personal trainer and I felt like I could trust her right of the back. She's in tune with what you want to get done. Seems to know a lot and has helped me fix numerous muscular issues I was having. Always accomadating when she could be and will modify activities that you can't fully do. Great trainer, cheap, and worth every penny. The gym you work out of is clean and friendly. Also offers group classes. Fun place

I had a great experience with Rachel she was very through and patient with me. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer. In fact I have signed up for 10 sessions with her and I am looking forward to getting into shape.

Rachel is both knowledgeable and instrumental. I had extremely nice experiences working with her. She listened to my needs, assessed my body and muscle situations, and designed training for me. So every detail is personal and focused. I finally see my muscles. By the way, she also taught me how to train myself so I can easily get good exercise during business travels. Highly suggest Rachel. The reason my body is still not perfect is really because diet. ^_^
