Unfortunately, while we were impressed with the gentleman that came out to review the job, the estimate didn’t come, in spite of two reminders. We had to go with a different outfit. As I write this, an estimate just appeared in my inbox, 6 days after their visit, 4 days later than initially promised and 20 hours later than the second promised timing. Poor customer service.

Gather the client’s info to book an appointment. After the inspection is done, I sit down with the client and talk over everything that needs to be done, and explain anything that they need further explanation for. I provide them with a quote and from there we can move forward.
