I had Bryan as a personal trainer for 3-4 months and he was great. He came up with exciting exercises which kept things fresh and genuinely cared about my health and well being. I would highly recommend Bryan Nunziato to anyone in search of a personal trainer. I have been exercising consistently on my own for a number of years, but I never really felt like I was able to reach the goals that I set for myself. In the short time that I have been working out with Bryan, I have seen major results including weight loss, more muscle definition, and longer endurance. I have trained with Bryan for several years now, and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great personal training experience. A year ago, I was looking for a trainer to help me w/strength training, getting toned and to help me stay motivated and Bryan Nunziato has done all of that and more. He's knowledgeable about weight training and making sure you follow his regimen but that you're also eating right to ensure you get desired results. He's also very flexible w/your busy work schedule to ensure you stay on track. He encourages when/if you're discouraged and always has a positive outlook. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am the president and founder of Synergy Fitness & Nutrition and have over 17 years experience as a fitness professional. I earned my Exercise Science Degree from Skidmore College in 2007 and I am certified trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine. I am also Titleist Performance Institute certified, and hold certifications in TRX suspension training, Hardstyle Kettlebell, and USAW Sports Performance Coach.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I decided to become a personal trainer after I realized I had a passion for health and fitness through my own exercise training. I really liked how I looked and felt and wanted to share it with my friends. It was really fun and I enjoyed helping them. I decided to pursue a career as a personal trainer because I can work in a positive, healthy environment, that is both rewarding and fun. Being a personal trainer allows me to enjoy my passion while helping others live an active, healthier lifestyle.
