What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend seminars at the Natural Gourmet Institute and take specialty cooking courses to expand my comfort zone. I also stay up to date with health news and food editorials.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been passionate about cooking and health since I was very young, so helping others through food was a natural progression.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Recipe development and weekly meal preparation.
