The recipes are remarkable in they are so different than anything else I've cooked. What is truly remarkable though, is that the flavors keep on coming - like a slo-mo unfolding of a flower. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I attend seminars at the Natural Gourmet Institute and take specialty cooking courses to expand my comfort zone. I also stay up to date with health news and food editorials.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've been passionate about cooking and health since I was very young, so helping others through food was a natural progression.
