I studied Contemporary Writing and Production at Berklee College of Music in Boston, the top school in the nation for contemporary music studies.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All ages and from all walks of life. My youngest student has been 4 years old and my oldest has been 82. I have also succesfully taught students with learning support needs, one of which was my student for 2 years.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Besides being a music instructor I am also the main composer, lead singer, and keyboardist of a successful independent band called Balancer. We have played different cities within, as well as outside, the country. Being part of a band enriches my work as a music instructor by fulfilling me with countless musical experiences that I strive to share with my students. It also keeps me up to date with the world of popular music so I can train my clients for the musical world of today. For more than 2 years I served as Music Director and Music Instructor in DG Rockers Guitar and Music School located in Brooklyn, NY. During my time at DGR I designed and oversaw the majority of the music program, taught students of all ages, and through my innovative approach to teaching I helped increase the number of students to 8 times the amount from which I started. Most importantly, I inspired and developed many artists that will forever be some of my greatest friends.
