- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by asking lots of questions about what you’re looking for, what motivates you, what keeps you off track, how much time can you dedicate to your fitness goal, and such. This gives me a 10 foot view of where you’re at and what it’ll take to get you to your desired outcome. The rest is a movement screening to see how you’re body is moving and reacting. And then based on everything we come up with a game plan
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple certifications on different aspects of fitness and 3 years of experience working with a diverse group of clients
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Fitness was a passion of mine which I decided to turn a career because it has impacted my life in very positive ways. Now I enjoy helping others reach their goals and feel more confident about themselves
