Karl is great, I have now worked with him for 3 weeks and I have been really enjoying our sessions. He is incredibly professional, thoroughly assesses your needs and prepares as well as modifies your workout accordingly. He is an experienced trainer and uses a wide array of training modules to include TRX, kettle bells, weights, High Intensity Interval Training, Kick boxing and Pilates among others. Karl has certainly given me the motivation to train harder and even within the first three weeks I can see significant difference in strength and endurance as well as body shape. I have been going to the gym for years but have never had such a shift particularly in such a short period of time. Above all Karl is very pleasant to work with and takes your fitness and health very seriously.
I needed a trainer to help me get back into shape, tone up and strengthen my core and back. Being that I have back issues and sometimes continue to get spasms, I realized I needed someone who was certified, understanding, and would carefully consider a good beneficial workout while not getting injured in the process. Judy understands my needs and has been carefully selecting a good routine that I can handle that will bring forth the results I need. Her background, training and certification show me she strives to improve herself and she is genuinely interested in helping others improve in fitness. Smart, patient, strategic, and if you want to be pushed more she will do it without hurting you. She's a keeper!
Dina was very fun and easy to work with, schedule with. She made herself very flexible towards my due date. I loved getting a combination of yoga/Pilates in my prenatal work out. Dina keeps changing things up to prevent you getting bored. I would like to see her again but my baby keeps changing his schedule and it's impossible to plan things well. Maybe, in the future. I do think that my classes with Dina made me strong enough for labor and after.

I recently started training with Dianne, and I am very happy with the challenging yet "soft" regime, particularly because of my goal of building muscle but remaining feminine in appearance. The combination of yoga, TRX, and Pilates, makes for a perfect training routine for me. I would reccomend Dianne to anyone looking for solid training.

I found Jen advertised at my apartment building for private pilate lessons. Her prices were reasonable for private lessons at your location choice. She was very compassionate, patient and encouraging, and she was also very knowledgable about different prenatal exercises that were appropriate for me and my growing belly. I definitely recommend her for private lessons, or even a classroom setting. Oh, and she's very easy to talk to about different things other than pilates!!

I put a freeze on my gym membership in an effort to try personal training. The results do not compare! In just a few sessions my arms looked so toned and defined - incredible! My abs have never looked better thanks to Gold Post Pilates. I am so much stronger in my core and my balance is really good too. I love training at the studio so much! The spaciousness and decor in it make it have a spa like atmosphere. The equipment is top notch too! Marilyn and Tattiana are wonderful!
