Needed to correct a roof leak that was coming in thru a bathroom fan/light. Stan responded quickly, with a reasonable quote. Very pleased with the job he did. Stan even pointed out other developing issues regarding the roof, and corrected those issues after discussing them with us. We would recommend Stan to anyone who needs future home repairs.

Stan did an excellent job. I had him doing some upgrading in two bathrooms and redoing some brick steps outside my house. He's an extremely honest, professional, courteous guy who stands by his work. We ran into a lot of issues - none of which were his fault - granite problems, and surprise leaks behind walls. He fixed everything at no extra charge because he wanted it done right. I plan on using him again to do more work as soon as possible. He also fixed things that I added to the list and he didn't charge me because of the delays that occurred - which again - were not his fault. Highly recommend him.

Stan and Sarah were great to work with. They provided a very reasonable estimate and were able to start and complete the job quickly. They did run into a problem when completing the work and immediately contacted me with photos of what they encountered, how to repair it and the cost of the additional repair work. I appreciated the way that Stan was upfront and straightforward about the issue and additional cost. The finish work that Stan did was great. I was extremely pleased with his work and will be sure to use him in the future. I would definitely recommend Upstate New York Remodeling.

Stan is very professional and understands the industry. He is one of very few who actually take the time to write up a detailed quote and with a contract. This is a huge selling point. Not just some numbers scribbled on a napkin
