• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Pricing for deep clean (initial clean) is based on square footage of home, number of bathrooms and bedrooms. Reoccurring/scheduled cleans are on an hourly rate. Special projects including but not limited to refrigerators, oven, windows and laundry are an additional fee to the hourly rate.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Schedule a walk through to get an idea of the home, to get an idea of what needs to be done, discuss pricing and set up schedule.

• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  I have worked commercially for three years and wanted to transition to residential.
