Could not of asked for a better experience! We needed help loading our rental trailer with several pieces of furniture and miscellaneous items.Reliable's guys showed up on time, wrapped everything with pads and shrink wrapped then loaded in the U-Haul.The guys were courteous, friendly and efficient. They had everything loaded in about an hour. They even helped with some of the things we would have had to load ourselves. We tipped them and they were gone!Reliable had just moved another family member to RI with the same professional and easy to work with attitudes.This company and crew are highly recommended. Thanks for the professional job.

Reliable Movers came highly recommended to us but we had no idea how easy they would make the whole process of moving which we dreaded as a nightmare. We were combining 2 houses and downsizing to boot! The crew was efficient, pleasant and very accommodating. Reliable Movers went above and beyond. They showed up in a timely manner, and they were very professional. I wasn't quite ready for the move, and they were more than willing to help me pack up the last items that I was unable to get finished. They were very efficient, and the best price I could find in town! I will most definitely be using them in the future.

From the time I called to inquire until the moving van left our new home Jen, Mike and crew were efficient fast pace workers. Respectful to my husband and I as well as our possessions. Courteous and patient with me in particular when it came to arranging furniture,. I would rate them 6 stars across the board,if I could.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Reliable Movers offers flat rate all inclusive pricing. Truck, labor, fuel, break down and set up of your furniture, padding/shrink wrapping, and insurance is included. Please note it is ILLEGAL for any mover to offer a senior citizen or military discount or coupon as listed in NYSDOT Household Good Mover Authority Law. It is also illegal to list any household good moving business as "fully insured".
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Reliable Movers is owner operated since 1996. We are licensed by NYS for household goods moves, and licensed by USDOT FOR long distance out of state moves. Our men are drug screened, back ground checked. Most of our employees have been with Reliable Movers 10 years +.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Mike the owner of Reliable Movers worked for a licensed movers for three years before branching out on his own starting with a delivery service, then pursing the household goods moving authority license.
