The guys did a great job getting my house packed up and into storage after my house sustained significant damage. Originally we were planning to pack on day 1 and move to storage on day 2. Instead we managed to pack and move all on the same day.

I cant recommend Reliable enough. Jen in the office was great to schedule with on the phone and via text. Very responsive which I really appreciate. The weather was terrible (of course) and the crew showed up on schedule ready to rip. Kevin and his team (unfortunately didnt get any other names) were fast, careful, respectful and Jesus are these guys strong . Im not sure what I was expecting (first time using a moving company) but I did less than expected; they did more. The price was extremely fair to save my 41 year old glass spine and honestly it was faster than expected. Consider this a strong recommendation for this company. If I ever need to move any tool boxes or safes in the future theyll be my first call.

Reliable Movers came highly recommended to us but we had no idea how easy they would make the whole process of moving which we dreaded as a nightmare. We were combining 2 houses and downsizing to boot! The crew was efficient, pleasant and very accommodating. They worked so well together you could tell they truly loved their jobs and working with their clients. We would give them TEN stars, if we could!

Can't say enough about how smoothly the whole moving process went. Communication was great from beginning to end. Kevin and Jose were very professional and efficient when loading. Unloading on the other end in a new state was just as professional. Reliable Movers really hit the mark. No surprises or hiccups along the way. Highly recommended!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Reliable Movers offers flat rate all inclusive pricing. Truck, labor, fuel, break down and set up of your furniture, padding/shrink wrapping, and insurance is included.
Please note it is ILLEGAL for any mover to offer a senior citizen or military discount or coupon as listed in NYSDOT Household
Good Mover Authority Law. It is also illegal to list any household good moving business as "fully insured".
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Reliable Movers is owner operated since 1996. We are licensed by NYS for household goods moves, and licensed by USDOT FOR long distance out of state moves.
Our men are drug screened, back ground checked. Most of our employees have been with Reliable Movers 10 years +.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Mike the owner of Reliable Movers worked for a licensed movers for three years before branching out on his own starting with a delivery service, then pursing the household goods moving authority license.
