Worth every penny! Their price came in a bit higher but I really did not have time to deal with renting a truck and I wanted insured Movers. Jen in the office is amazing. Fast efficient and handled all of my questions and emails easily. Kevin, Dave, Brandon, and Jay astonished me. I can't believe people can move and lift like that! No hand carts, they picked up my dressers like they were a feather. Carried two, three boxes at a time. I was out and in a 4 bedroom home in 6 hours. And to top it off, NO damages. Everything was put together, boxes rearranged to each room. I would give them 10 stars if I could. My cousin's mother will be calling to book her move.

They were very professional. They also accommodated our request for a stop to pick up a new chair and load it on the truck. They gave a quote the same day I requested and did the moving 3 days later. Excellent work.

From the time I called to inquire until the moving van left our new home Jen, Mike and crew were efficient fast pace workers. Respectful to my husband and I as well as our possessions. Courteous and patient with me in particular when it came to arranging furniture,. I would rate them 6 stars across the board,if I could.

Jen was great to work with in scheduling along with my changing close date on my new house. The movers were awesome! They packed and unpacked in exactly four hours! They were really careful, and hand carried everything, including my washer and dryer! Their rates were great, extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this moving company. They are a great find.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Reliable Movers offers flat rate all inclusive pricing. Truck, labor, fuel, break down and set up of your furniture, padding/shrink wrapping, and insurance is included.
Please note it is ILLEGAL for any mover to offer a senior citizen or military discount or coupon as listed in NYSDOT Household
Good Mover Authority Law. It is also illegal to list any household good moving business as "fully insured".
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Reliable Movers is owner operated since 1996. We are licensed by NYS for household goods moves, and licensed by USDOT FOR long distance out of state moves.
Our men are drug screened, back ground checked. Most of our employees have been with Reliable Movers 10 years +.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Mike the owner of Reliable Movers worked for a licensed movers for three years before branching out on his own starting with a delivery service, then pursing the household goods moving authority license.
