- What types of customers have you worked with?
The majority of my computer repair jobs are related to malware infection removal. This includes adware, spyware, viruses and scareware, or fraudulent security applications. Often this may require reinstalling the operating system, any applications that I have the media available, and I always include copying the use data back onto the new installation whenever possible.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I have a certificate in computer repair, as well as an Assossiciate in Applied Sciences in Computer Systems and Networking. I have been building and working on computers since 2003, and started my computer repair business in 2008. Prior to starting my business, I worked as a computer technician for a local computer retailer and service provider.
