Ms Buffalo says, "The doors to our backyard shed were completely rotted and wouldnt open and close anymore and were falling off the door frame. We thought we could just buy replacement doors at Home Depot and install them ourselves. Big mistake. The opening was a custom size and the old hardware didnt fit the new doors. I called 5 contractors and no one called me back. After weeks of frustration I called Buffalo Carpentry. Ray answered right away and came over to look at the job later that day. He built custom doors, installed them with new better hardware and stained them to match the shed exterior. He even came after the job was finished and added extra handles to make it easier for me to open.He answered every question I had right away and was great at communicating. Hes trustworthy, thorough and did a great job for us on this project."See more

Mark Phillips says, "We had a new furnace installed. The installer Chad was great! He was very courteous and professional. He explained everything they were doing and actually showed me what was being installed or changed on the old system. Then when they were done he went back through and showed me the work they did. I highly recommend Chad or anyone from John Betlem. I have been in this house for 10 years and have made the mistake of trying cheaper contractors. Which has always ended up with problems. Betlem is a little more expensive but I have never had an issue with them and they have actually fixed issues from previous jobs and just included it in whatever job they were doing at no extra cost! A++, 10 out of 10 service!!!"See more
