The company and the workers were very accurate in their estimate and diagnosis of the issue, they have excellent communication skills from texting to email to phone calls, at no time did I feel like my small issue was unimportant or less regarded in favor of likely bigger jobs they could be seeking. Issue was resolved quickly and on time, from ordering the part right up to installing it. Very professional . Very clear in what my issue was, very understanding of the still yet not cleaned cellar that flooded. Price was fair, especially in today’s economy where electronic items are skyrocketing in price. They stayed long enough to be sure the issue was resolved and headed on their way. Will recommend to others.
