Rick is a great guy. Very good at what he does. He works with your needs and does it in a timely fasion. He did both plumbing and electrical work for me as well as laid a new vinyl floor. Couldnt be happier with his work. Sorry no pics im outta the house. Dont hesitate to hire him.

One of the hoses under our bathroom sink had started to leak. We had figured that was one of those easy fixes we could handle. Unfortunately our faucet & parts were original to our 1964 home. So when we went to tighten the hose it bent the copper pipe running to the hot water line. Well then we thought it was a good excuse to replace the hideous brass fixtures. Well nothing is ever easy unfortunately. No matter how hard we tried we could not loosen them let alone remove them. We had to admit defeat. We did not have a relationship with a plumber so I went on thumbtack and reached out to a few companies. John from Most Valuable Plumber responded promptly and was able to get to us the very next day. What should have been a relatively simple swap that usually takes an hour to an hour and a half ended up taking John over 4 hours due to the age of our plumbing, our fixtures did not want to come off and most of all it ends up our sink drain is no the standard size that they universally are these days. Ultimately we felt that John did a great job, his pricing was fair, he cleaned up after himself, he became best friends with my lab who I think was auditioning for a position as his new apprentice. I know this was a very long explanation to get to the review but it leads to us saying we have saved John’s contract information and plan on using him for our future plumbing needs.

I left a message fairly late in the evening because a previous contractor had done work that made my plumbing issue worse then vanished. I recieved a call literally minutes later. The next day I had a quote and game plan. Work started right away. The job ended up being far more complicated but they did not give up and worked for HOURS to make sure it was done properly. What started off as a tub faucet repair/replace turned into a valve and pipe issue ..and repairs that if not caught really could have done far worse major damage long term. Took time to explain every issue as well as how they would fix it. No shortcuts and didn’t quit until it was done properly. I literally can not say enough about how grateful I am for the dedication and quality. Also very affordable. They don’t stick you with any surprise or hidden fees. They take pride and attention to detail. Also amazing communication. Above and beyond.
