Introduction: I have an eye for detail. I have worked with many people that are "just trying to save a few bucks or minutes" to have bad craftsmanship. Bad craftsmanship means no integrity for my business, and I need high integrity.
There is always something different. I can come up with different options that may be better than the original request or design. The feeling of accomplishment on a job well done that will last for years might be the best "like".

The work Robb has done for us has been outstanding and better than expected. His use of creativity solving the problems of updating an older home, while preserving its vintage essence has been greatly appreciated. You just don't find craftsmanship like his very often these days. Robb is a trouble-shooter; if you would like something done, but don't know how it could be done, ask Robb. An example: after several HVAC companies told us the 100 year old "octopus" boiler couldn't be fixed and the removal & replacement costs would be $16,000 (and not in the budget!), Robb repaired the crack in the giant boiler quickly and affordably, at nominal cost. It continues to work dependably and efficiently, six years later. Thank you, Robb.

Mr. Dorazio work is outstanding. Having completed nearly a dozen assignments for myself and partner I have always been impressed with his craftsmanship and attention to detail. He has been versatile and patient with our ever changing demands - this I applaud him for. He is more than fair with his service fees and has always been excellent with communicating with myself and partner. I highly recommend him for any home repair, restoration and/or anything needed to be fixed (yes cars too!) - He runs a renaissance business with an old school (service oriented) approach. Robb helped me with a drum riser for my drum set in my basement. He was a pleasure to work with. What stood out most was his attention to detail. A job well done, and I'm very happy with the end product!

We needed a handrailing to be installed in order to pass a home inspection. The challenge was that the stairs to the basement did not have a wall to install the railing on. Robb made some suggestions and was punctual in his arrival. I expected the most basic 2X4 installation but instead was incredibly impressed with a customized handrail that had perfect rounded ends and was actually quite stylish. Robb's pricing was incredibly fair and I recommend him to anyone who needs some work done.
