I had the TOSOT 18,000 BTU Dual Zone Mini Split Air Conditioner - Heat Pump installed in my home on September 19, 2024, and I couldn't be happier with the service! Kevin's team of three installers exceeded all expectations, delivering exceptional white glove treatment. They were incredibly professional, attentive to every detail, and ensured my home was left spotless by thoroughly cleaning up all debris. Having had terrible experiences with contractors in the past, which caused me severe anxiety and made me hesitant about hiring anyone, I was genuinely amazed by the respect and care Kevin's team showed.
