Platinum Roofing & Construction has been providing professional roofing services in NY since 1998. Formerly Harrington Construction, our experienced roofers will repair or replace your roof or construct a new one, depending on your needs. We work within your schedule whenever possible for both residential and commercial roofing projects. As an authorized Atlas Dealer, we are able to offer a wide array of quality options for your roofing materials that suit your style as well as your budget. We are so confident in the quality of work that we give our customers that we decided we would start giving lifetime workmanship warranty’s with our roofs. So that means between the lifetime warranty our number one rated shingles (Atlas) offers and our lifetime warranty you will never have to worry about your roof again in your life if you choose to let us replace your roof!

I had a disappointing experience with Platinum Roofing and Construction. From the start, communication was poor, and getting clear answers about the project timeline was frustrating. The team arrived late on multiple occasions, causing unnecessary delays. When the work finally began, the quality was far below expectations. The roofing materials they used seemed subpar, and the installation was rushed. I noticed uneven shingles, and some areas were not properly sealed. After the job was "completed," I found leaks during the first rainfall. When I reached out for repairs, their customer service was unresponsive, and it took weeks to get someone to inspect the issue. Overall, I would not recommend Platinum Roofing and Construction. Their lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and failure to stand by their service made this a frustrating and costly experience. Look elsewhere for reliable roofing services.

Platinum Roofing and Construction scammed me out of $4,000! They took my money but never completed the work. Poor communication, constant excuses, and unfulfilled promises. Beware of this dishonest company—do not trust them with your roofing project!

I had a disappointing experience with Platinum Roofing and Construction. Their service was unprofessional, and the quality of work was subpar. The project was delayed multiple times without clear communication, and when they finally arrived, the crew seemed unorganized. The workmanship was sloppy, with visible flaws in the roofing installation. To make matters worse, they left a mess behind, including nails and debris in my yard. When I tried to address my concerns, customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful.
