FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My ceremony fees are thoughtfully structured to reflect the time, care, and customization involved. Pricing is based on: - Ceremony Style: Whether the ceremony is personalized or follows a traditional format - Rehearsal Attendance: If you'd like me to attend and lead a rehearsal prior to the wedding day - Travel Distance: Travel time to your venue from Binghamton, NY 🗺️ No travel fees are charged for weddings within Broome County. 🎉 Do you offer any discounts? Yes! I offer an Early Booking Discount on the entire officiating service for weddings booked in 2025 for the 2026 calendar year. It's my way of saying thank you for planning ahead and allowing us to create something truly special together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every ceremony begins with connection. I take the time to get to know you as a couple so your wedding day feels authentic, heartfelt, and uniquely yours. Here's how the process typically unfolds: 1. Consultation Call We start with a relaxed, friendly call to discuss your vision, values, and the kind of ceremony you’re seeking—whether traditional, personalized, or somewhere in between. 2. Couple Questionnaire I’ll send a simple questionnaire that covers ceremony logistics and invites you to share your love story. This helps me craft a ceremony that reflects your journey and what matters most to you. 3. **Ceremony Draft** Based on your input, I create a first draft of your ceremony script and share it with you for review. 4. Revisions & Collaboration We can hop on another call or exchange thoughts via email—whatever works best for you. I revise the ceremony as many times as needed until it feels just right. 5. Final Touches Once approved, I prepare the final version and ensure everything is ready for a smooth, meaningful delivery on your wedding day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church and fully authorized to officiate wedding ceremonies across the United States. My ordination allows me to legally solemnize marriages in accordance with state and local laws, and I bring both reverence and warmth to every ceremony I lead. Whether your wedding is traditional, spiritual, or uniquely personal, you can feel confident knowing your ceremony is in experienced and legally recognized hands
