I just can’t say enough about Mr. Ray Alvarez… first off he was early and stayed late. He captured everything I missed on my big day so I could relive this special day❤️❤️… oh of course I the bride was behind on getting ready and my wedding planner was on my case but Ray assured me that this was normal and not to worry just be happy and beautiful and he would get the shots. So he immediately eased my mind and made me comfortable. This man is so down to earth and genuine. Ray took that venue and made it his bit** he was super professional and personable I don’t think I ever saw him stop working, his dedication is top tier…. He made the entire process so easy and communicated with me easily as well. I just love love love my photos. The price was super competitive and fair, that on top of his portfolio made him a no brainier for us.. Ray is not only an amazingly talented photographer, but also a really great person to work with. From beginning to end, Ray made the process SO EASY for my fiancé and I. He was extremely flexible in scheduling a date for our engagement shoot and traveled to Hoboken, NJ without hesitation. He did a stellar job in helping my fiancé and I feel really comfortable and relaxed during the entire shoot. We had so much fun and could just be ourselves the whole time without feeling like we were posing for pictures…and that’s exactly what we were going for. We didn’t want the “traditional” engagement photos and Ray listened and delivered! Ray’s eye for details and aesthetic are so unique that he really lends himself a cutting edge from the traditional wedding/engagement photography market. If you want to meet and work with an awesome person, have a seamless and fun photo shoot, and receive beautiful end results, Ray is your man!

We had Ray do our wedding photos back in May and we couldn't be happier with how everything went! He was so professional, accommodating and fun to work with, which we think is the most important quality! Not to mention our pictures are AMAZING and the compliments seem to be endless! I can not say enough about how impressed we were with Ray and his work. He photographed our wedding on November 7, 2014 in Brewerton, NY at the Arrowhead Lodge. He was very well prepared, as he got into town early and set up all his equipment at the wedding venue before coming to the hotel to take shots of us getting ready before the wedding. He was fun, yet very professional at the same time. He has incredible talent and an artistic eye, which made for a ton of unique and amazing photos to serve as a reminder of an amazing day in our lives. When it snowed and sleeted on our wedding day and I was worried that we wouldnt get the outside shots that I had wanted, Ray put me at ease and assured me that we would get great photos in spite of the weather. He began setting up creative photos inside, all while keeping his eyes on the weather outside. When he noticed a very short window of the weather letting up, he had us go outside to take what became my favorite pictures from the entire night. He stayed past the time we had hired him for to get some last minute shots that I had wanted, but that I had forgotten about throughout the busyness of the night. His pictures speak for themselves, as you can see by looking at our wedding album on his website, they are gorgeous! After the wedding, Ray had a very quick turn around time and had our pictures to us within days, and all the items that we had ordered with our photography package within a few weeks. His prices were extremely affordable, especially with the quality of his work. He went above and beyond to do some awesome editing on our photos as well. We have received so many compliments on the photos, especially on the ones that Ray took his artistic touch to (he made my husband and I into a movie poster, so cool!) I without a doubt recommend Ray, and only wish we didnt live so far away so that we could have him do all of our family photography!
