Besmir did an outstanding job for us. Our 36 year old Kohler one piece toilet just started wobbling on the floor a couple of days ago. I got in touch with him and his company BN Plumbing Service through Thumbtack and sent him over 3 pictures of the toilet and the shut off valve and he offered us the best estimate after explaining what is the most likely issue. The toilet hasn't had any issue in 36 years and when he took it out the 2 bolts were all rusted out so he replaced the wax ring, bolts and related items. He didn't make big issue of the rusted parts and having to replace this and that and not knowing what he will find after taking it out. He had all the parts that were needed. He suggested that I should replace the 36 year old shut off valve too, and the straight piping to the toilet with a flex pipe, just to keep everything up to date. It was an extremely fair and reasonable price to do this too. Besmir was very professional, and responsive to what we needed done. He arrived on time and quality of his work was excellent and this provided great value for us, the customer. What else can you possibly want. He cleaned up after he finished. I provided him with as many towels(2), and paper towels as he needed so the mess was minimal. And he caulked the bottom of the toilet at the floor. Everything done perfectly and properly. He had all the tools and parts necessary. Thanks again Besmir.

Phenomenal service; Besmir arrived less than an hour after I sent my request. Really nice guy, helped explain the issues with my drain after clearing the clog and suggested replacing two parts without trying to upsell services on me, which I really appreciated. A great value as well -- will definitely use again for future plumbing issues.
