We had an emergency with an overflowing toilet and needed help fast- Laser prioritized our call and sent us Mark in incredible time. Lazer is now on my phone as "plumber bro" and I couldn't even give him the job (my fault, not his) - Lazer knew that this was an emergency and called me minutes after I posted the concern. His priority was NOT a quick buck, but educating me on the best and most cost effective way to handle the emergency- even telling me the best brand of water heater after I said "don't give me your knowledge without being hired!" His professionalism means I will be relying on his knowledge in the future, every time I have to deal with a runny faucet or backed up toilet. HIGHLY recommended, class act. Oh - I forgot. I checked his numbers. Some people wanted $2,000 just for LABOR. Lazer was going to do the whole job with parts for the same price... Hire Lazer.
