Bert was so amazing with the kids, and even the adult. Super friendly and talented!! Made the cutest tigers and Superman face paints. Oh and the balloon twisting were great, my daughter loved them!! Work was excellent! Parents were relaxed and happy at my baby shower because the kiddies were engaged and entertained. The face painting itself was beautifully designed for each and every kid, this also included tattoos and balloon animals, no kid was left without. I figured I give Thumbtack a try ... .. and boy was I Happy! Lu showed up to the event early and set up a display with different face painting images to pick from. It was our FDNY party so there were going to be lots of kids running around wanting their faces painted and balloons twisted. My boys especially loved the Balloon swords. Lu did a GREAT job! Above and beyond ... .. She actually painted all the kids faces. Their wasn't one unhappy child. We do many events and I don't always go with the same person again. But not this time. Any party we have, Lu will be getting a call. We were very pleased how she interacted with the kids, adults ... .. she was very comfortable with the crowd which I really liked. It's not everyday you find someone as reliable and professional as LU! Highly recommended A++++++++ Talent and a great personality. Thank You LU from the Castle Hill Fire Department. Update. Third year with Lu at our FDNY Christmas party. She only gets better!! Her Christmas paintings the kids loveeeeed!!

I hired Princess at the last minute for my daughter's Frozen themed 4th birthday party she . From the moment I spoke to her she was polite and professional. She arrived on time. When she entered the party dressed as Elsa, the look on my daughter's face was priceless. Princess did balloon twisting and face painting her prices are reasonable and well worth the services she provided. I would definitely use her again and highly recommend her.

The entire booking process with Kathy was amazing! She provided me with quick responses and explained things very clearly. Kathy was soooo sweet, and so talented! The kids, and some adults lol, loved her face painting skills, she did beautiful designs in minutes, probal less! The kids loved her balloon art. She made my baby girl a flower corsage for her wrist out of a balloon that she loved!! I'd love to have her be apart of future events.

First of all, when she wanted the business, she was emailing me back and forth daily, once the deposit was paid I had to email her numerous times just for a confirmation for the day. When she finally did call, it was 730 pm the night before the party, to tell me she was extra busy and had to send one of her girls instead of her. I was fine with that, until the day of the party. I was told she would be there by 5 to set up, didn't come til.20 after. I was told my services would include face painting, balloon animals, 2 games, "bubble machine" which is how she describes it, but it's really a cheap 99 cent bubble gun, none of which was done. I was told since the kids started 15 mins late there was no time for anything but facepainting. So basically all those other things, crafts, balloons, games, and bubbles only take 15 min. Very poor service, customer service skills, and just all together a bad experience. I say spend a little extra and make your kids party worth it
