Overall my experience with Ny Balloon People was BY far the most exceptional service out there. Got a great quote for a last second job and they where able to fit me in there busy schedule. Everyone loved the detailed and quality work which may I say was above my overall expectation and standards of alot of balloon decorstions out there. My event was a success and I know for a fact it had alot to do with the talented balloon decorations done by NY BALLOON PEOPLE. People treating you like a human and not just another job....got my business everyday of the week. Can't wait for them to cater my next event with some more talent!

Horrible service. As it got closer to my event I asked to see a sample of a balloon centerpiece I had showed them 3 months before my event and all of a sudden a week before my event they couldn’t get material in time. She didn’t believe me the date I had told her where it was plenty of time to get the supplies that I had to copy and paste our messages to prove to her and show her the date. On top of that, as it got closer to my event she wasn’t answering any messages or calls that I had to cancel because of the fear they wouldn’t show up to my event. When I spoke to her about my concerns she was extremely rude and tried to tell me who asks for a sample centerpiece??? There is nothing wrong with seeing something to make sure you like it and see if you need to change something and I’m a paying customer so you should try to make a customer happy especially when she was shaming me for messaging a lot on top of that too. Then when she gave a centerpiece sample it was half of a picture with girl colors and not even my theme colors for my sons birthday party!!! Also, she had the material to add for part of the new centerpiece I had to choose but ironically didn’t have for my original centerpiece I chose. I wouldn’t be surprised if the 3 reviews she has was from family members. BEWARE!!!! These people are scam artists!!!!!
