I had a great experience with S&E! My husband and I were moving into a pretty old apartment building with carpeting in the unit, and we wanted to make sure they were nice and clean before our move-in given how much dirt and odor carpets can absorb. Sam was very responsive and accommodating, and the team did an excellent job. The whole place smelled fresh afterward and, after a few days, the carpets simply smell completely new with no overpowering fragrances or left-behind odors.
