I had Eric come over to my apartment to cook a five course dinner for 10 friends. Additionally Eric arranged for service help. Eric was very professional. On time, and well prepared. I gave him a basic outline of the dinner and he ran with it. He did everything from shopping to kitchen cleanup. I would, and have, reccomend him to others.
