I’ve always been passionate about computers and technology. I started helping friends and family with their PC issues for free, and once word spread about how fast and reliable I was, I turned it into a service. Now I help anyone who needs it at an affordable price.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently helped a customer who had a brand new PC but couldn’t get Windows activated. I remotely connected via AnyDesk, got it fully activated and running in under 20 minutes. Quick, smooth, and they were good to go same day.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
