Man is definitely AMAZING!!! I wasn’t able to get my first computer to display anything on my monitor. I was able to contact Uke. He was responsive to my issue and scheduled a date to come take a look. Uke is well versed in computer technology and troubleshooting issues. He was kind, reassuring , and overall helpful about my computer issue. He managed to fix my issue and teach me more about my computer.Uke was able to turn on my computer and set it up with the proper programs to ensure that you’ll have a great experience in your PC.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair and I have a little bit of wiggle room depending on the project at hand and where the client is located. Asking for a better price never hurts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will communicate via Thumbtack on what the issue is, if its something that is worth fixing, go over pricing and then a good time for the client on when I can come in!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the IT world professionally since 2018-but I go back way before that working on projects on my own and solving IT related issues for all of my friends, family and relatives.
