Approximately 8 pm at night find that our basement toilet wouldn't flush and that our adjacent shower was bubbling up dirty water. Reached out through thumbtack to various services and cd plumbing responded first. Had a pleasant conversation over the phone with their servicer and was given a run down of what to expect. At 915 Mike and associate present to our home very cordially, understanding that people in the neighborhood may be winding down, quietly knocked on our door. He proceeded to introduce himself and diagnosed our issue. He was the paragon of professionalism and walked me through exactly what was occurring. Mike also used any spare second to discuss any plumbing issues I may have in our home from a small faulty valve to the pressure in our entire home. Although the area was quite dirty before they arrived they managed to leave it less so which was a blessing. Only issue was the cost but they did prepare me for the service fee. Considering they came at 915 pm the night the plumbing emergency occurred I didn't feel like haggling. In summary, regardless of cost, the issue was resolved, the area was more clean then it first started, im more educated on our home plumbing and would confidently reach out to cd and Mike again.

Where do I even begin. These men were so amazing. From the communication which was prompt! To the level of service. I had a very nasty, labor intensive job and at one point it didn’t look hopeful. However, the plumbers were diligent and committed to the job and eventually my the blockage in my pipe was cleared. Words fail to grasp how thankful and appreciative I am of the job job they did. Thank you so much!
