- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently we were contacted to coordinate a grand opening event that was scheduled to happen in 2 weeks, in the midst of the busiest party season of the year. We were able to put together full service catering and valet services, 2 types of entertainment, sound, lighting, photographers, balloons, florals and more. We even sourced blue 'champagne' to match client's logo (thanks to our amazing caterer). Event went off without a hitch despite the venue being an active construction site right up to the last minute. Client was very pleased that we were able to accommodate their last minute requests and changes. It was a wonderful opening!!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hiring an event professional will save you time, money, stress and headaches in the long run. Talk honestly with them and take advantage of their expertise to help create the event you desire. It is worth the investment!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Most event professional are busy too. So be as clear as possible on what you know you want. Don't worry if you don't have all the details, that is what they're suppose to help with. Providing event dates and proposed budgets allows event planners to see if they can be of assistance to you easier.
