I’m Amanda—founder, owner, and head floral designer. Flowers have always been my happy place, and after years of designing part-time, I finally followed my heart. With the support of my husband, I left the corporate world to do what I love full-time—and that’s how When In Bloom was born.
Here, we believe every couple deserves beautiful flowers, no matter the budget. We’re transparent, flexible, and love finding creative ways to make your vision work. Along with florals, we also offer rentals, custom seating charts, and even event planning—making us your one-stop shop for wedding essentials.
We never cut corners, and we’re always here to answer your questions. To help bring peace of mind, we create mock-ups so you can see and tweak your designs before the big day. Whether your wedding is grand or intimate, we put our whole heart into making it unforgettable.

When In Bloom exceeded every expectation I had for a wedding florist. Amanda, the owner, was a joy to work with! Always responsive, kind, and clear throughout the planning process. Her creativity and attention to detail brought my vision to life in the most beautiful way.
The florals were stunning, from the bold and colorful arrangements to the unique touches like disco ball vases that matched my personality perfectly. They even went above and beyond by designing our seating chart with personalized colors, tying all the décor together seamlessly.
