I had an outstanding experience with Garreton and his team. They renovated my 1940's basement and transformed it into a modern show piece. They listened to what I wanted and made my vision come to life. They were courteous, communicative and professional. I highly recommend them. They do quality work at a fair price.

I hired GSS Development to install LVP floors and add finishing touches to my basement such as a door and a panel to cover the electrical box and other utilities. Throughout the process Gary was highly professional and responsive. At the start he provided me with a detailed quote and contract that broke down the exact costs and payments. He answered all of my questions and I felt educated going to into the project. Once the work started they were professional, knowledgeable and fast. While I am very happy with the finished product one thing they could improve upon are the small details of the work. For example, I noticed some chipping and one fairly noticeable jagged cut in the LVP that could have been cleaner. Overall I am happy with them and would hire them again. They are honest, responsive and professional and I get the impression that Gary very much cares about the satisfaction of his customers.

Working with GSS Development Group was professional every step of the way. It was a challenge securing a contractor to do a full completion and finishing of our basement that would provide a detailed estimate of the work we were looking to do. GSS provided us an estimate within a matter of a few days. They kept us updated on every stage of the process and stuck to the estimated timeline of completion which is rare with renovation projects. Even on days we were not on site videos and pictures were provided as updates. It was nice to be able to trust their workers in our home as well.
There was even a moment where we changed our mind on a minor piece of the layout we wanted and they were accommodating on making that change without making us feel bad. In addition to that, they confirmed things we wanted & even recommended certain things we originally said we did not want but actually was necessary.
I appreciated the timeliness, communication and professionalism in working with GSS Development Group. Once the project was done they ensured we were satisfied & made any minor updates needed immediately.
Everyone fears a crooked contractor that prolongs a project or rips you off. From Day 1 I knew this would not be the case and I’m grateful to have worked with GSS. I will be keeping them in mind for future projects & recommending.
