The quote was the lowest. I had just had my floors refinished and expressed my concern to not get paint on them. Still happened. Some areas were missed on doors, window trim. Patches didn't come out smoothly. Lines weren't crisp between trim and walls in some places. He returned to address issues. Resolved some; not all. I feel there was a communication issue between him and us and him and his worker. Overall he was pleasant and seemed to try to improve the results.

Some communication issues. The new stairs are not what I expected. But, serves the purpose. The contractor worked in unbearable heat and cleaned up the debris well.
