Danny Carey communicated well during the bidding process, arrived on time, did EXACTLY what he said he'd do, made the necessary repair (though tested a less-complicated option first), and charged exactly what he estimated. A quick and satisfying end to an annoying problem!

Gary is great. He showed up on time, got the work done efficiently and even did a bit extra as time permitted. He even game me a couple tips on how to properly use my chair! And his discounts on Herman Miller parts is excellent. Gary makes house calls which was crucial for me as I don't have a car.
