Gary is great. He showed up on time, got the work done efficiently and even did a bit extra as time permitted. He even game me a couple tips on how to properly use my chair! And his discounts on Herman Miller parts is excellent. Gary makes house calls which was crucial for me as I don't have a car.

Really lucky to find someone that could help bring my favorite Aeron Chair by Herman Miller back to life. He kept me informed of replacement part shipment, and was easy to coordinate with. Would definitely use again, and I would definitely recommend.

Danny Carey communicated well during the bidding process, arrived on time, did EXACTLY what he said he'd do, made the necessary repair (though tested a less-complicated option first), and charged exactly what he estimated. A quick and satisfying end to an annoying problem!
