We would give Abass 5 stars all around. He gave us a complete and detailed report with pictures. He showed up on time and took his time with the inspection. He answered any questions my husband had and was fairly priced. We would highly recommend both Abass and Side Eye Inspections!

Great customer experience throughout. I am a home buyer needing a condo unit inspected. I got a call shortly after I submitted a request on Thumbtack, and Abbas was very friendly. I was able to follow up by text message to schedule. He also accommodated me rescheduling on short notice. The job was done thoroughly, but not sluggishly, in a reasonable time frame (~1 hr for a ~750 sq ft 1br). He took payment afterward, and was patient with me while I resolved an issue with Apple Pay. The next day, we received our written report, which documented everything which both passed and didn’t pass inspection, with photos. This is especially valuable when requesting repairs from the seller. Would recommend!
