Ishmael was great to work with. He responded to the work request right away with a competitive rate and was available to start the paint job the next day. He was able to complete the paint job early and it was good-quality. He was an excellent communicator. I would use him again!

Hired this professional via Thumbtack for a two-day painting project scheduled to begin Monday, July 22nd at 10:00 AM. I sent a confirmation text the previous Friday stating 'I will see you Monday,' which went unanswered. The professional did not arrive at the scheduled time. Upon reaching out on Monday, I received a response two hours later where they apologized, stating they believed the appointment was for the following week. Our text thread explicitly confirms July 22nd was the agreed date. This scheduling failure delayed the project completion date and required me hiring a replacement on short notice.
