I required disassembly and assembly of furniture along with moving. MCT services were on time and they got the job done perfectly with professionalism and great work quality! Definitely recommend them for moving!

The movers were nice and took effort to carefully wrap up all items so they were not damaged. However, they did move slow. I helped them unload and it went significantly faster. The movers also put a hole in the wall when moving a dresser. They later came back and drywalled it, but my building charged me a lot to paint the area.

The movers were very nice and treated our furniture well. They wrapped everything to prevent damage. However they were two hours late. When they left the first residence for the destination, it took forever. The office had great customer service. The same person answered all of the calls so she gets to know the customer well. She was great to work with and answered all questions or concerns.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Here at MCT Moving Services we offer flat binding rates. No hidden fees. All pricing is based off the inventory list that the customer provides. As long as the inventory list does not change, neither will the price.
