I used Advanced Moving for my recent move from different floors and overall, they did a great job. Booking was pretty easy — they were quick to respond and gave me a clear breakdown of the costs, which I appreciated.
As soon as they showed up, they got straight to it. Super friendly guys, and they handled my stuff with care!
If I heard about them earlier, I would’ve used them for all of moves and furniture assembly!
Price-wise, it was fair compared to other quotes I got, and there weren’t any surprise charges. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable, no-drama moving company.

I wanted until everything was unpacked before writing my review.
A desk and lamp were broken during the move, but Vance deducted the value from what was owed to him. We had a miscommunication about packing the house up, but again, Vince was noble and didn't charge us for the packing material.
We had 4 men for 6 hours, and they were very efficient and methodical.
I would use them again. Communication was excellent. Vance is VERY responsive to all calls and texts.

My initial contact was with Vance who provided a fair estimate. When I was informed that their eta was 10 am I immediately requested an earlier pick up time and he was able to make that happen. We were a little concerned that our crew was coming from New York to perform a New Jersey local move. Our driver, Latif called about 830 to inform us that they were about 45 mins away. Great timing. They arrived, backed right in the driveway, and assessed the situation and got right to work. Sheer professionalism, great attitude, not afraid of challenges. They moved with machine like proficiency. Latif and his crew rate 10 out of 11 stars!

AdVanced Moving was fantastic! Today was a long and exhausting day for all of us, but their team handled it like pros. They moved everything from my 1-bedroom apartment (on the 3rd floor of a walk-up with no elevator) and basement storage with efficiency and care. The two movers were hardworking, cautious, and incredibly careful with my belonging, smooth moving. The price was exactly as quoted, with no hidden fees or surprises. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
2 men w/truck $130/hr
3 men w/truck $165/hr
4 men w/truck $210/hr
5 men w/truck $280/hr
**There's a 3.5-4 hour minimum for each service depending on location of the jobs.
**Automatic 10% off for first time customers!!
**Wrapping of furniture and disassembly/reassembly is included in your move as well as TV unmounting.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a confirmation email for the customer which includes all the details of the move including contact, pricing, and any other applicable fees.
There are no fees hidden. Other fees, if applicable include :
COI (Certificate of Insurance) $50
Reservation Deposit $50 (deducted from your total)
* Reservation deposits are non-refundable and goes towards are time and effort made for arrangements.
* Any damage claims must be reported within 24hrs to be deemed valid for repair or replacement. No refunds.
